General Manager	Oversee and plan the company’s operational policies and formulate execution strategies. Supervise departmental functions and the implementation of internal audits. Promote and implement internal control systems.
Administration Management	Manage group financial resources, accounting operations, and investor relations. Handle human resources, general affairs, and employee welfare programs. Maintain the group’s IT environment and information systems. Manage company assets, related insurance, and shareholder services. Handle legal affairs.
Materials Management	Manage the battery cell supply chain. Execute key strategic initiatives and maintain close relationships with battery suppliers. Efficiently control battery inventory and usage, while collecting and providing market feedback.
Design Engineering	Conduct new product R&D and circuit design. Develop new application materials and perform quality certification. Improve product performance and enhance functional features.
Mechanical Design	Design and implement mechanical components.
Cell Engineering	Conduct quality control of energy suppliers. Analyze battery safety and failure mechanisms
Product Testing & Validation	Develop new energy solutions and perform module validation. Conduct reliability and safety testing for R&D modules.
Quality Management	Perform quality control, establish processes, and handle customer complaints. Integrate quality systems and ISO documentation standards. Manage GP (Green Product) operations and customer service.
Sales & Marketing	Handle domestic and international sales operations. Establish, maintain, and develop customer relationships. Coordinate production and sales activities with relevant departments.
Project Management	Obtain detailed product specifications and quality requirements from customers and monitor development progress. Form cross-functional task forces to complete product development projects within deadlines. Coordinate safety design and automated mass production requirements, including prototype trials and testing.
Industrial Application Products Division	Design High-Voltage Battery Backup Units (High-Voltage BBU). Independently develop intelligent Battery Management Systems (BMS). Provide industrial energy storage solutions.
New Business Division	Explore new market opportunities for products. Develop forward-looking technologies and products. Formulate cross-domain collaboration strategies and develop new business models to address technological upgrades and supply chain restructuring.

 

Chief Corporate Governance Officer

On May 10, 2023, the Company’s board of directors approved the appointment of Wei Ching-Wen, deputy general manager of the administrative management department, to concurrently serve as the director of corporate governance and  has been in a managerial position for at least three years in a public company in handling financial. The main responsibilities of the corporate governance officer include handling matters related to board meetings and shareholder meetings in accordance with the law, preparing minutes for board and shareholder meetings, assisting directors with their appointments and ongoing education, providing the necessary information for directors to carry out their duties, and helping directors comply with legal regulations.
